Easter Brunch Biscuits from Hot Little Biscuit

Biscuits and brunch go together like peanut butter and jelly - except with biscuits you have the opportunity to add your own creativity into the dish!

We've been loving Hot Little Biscuits gluten free biscuit mix and wanted to share some of our favorite ways to spice them up a bit.

Each bag of mix yields 12 beautifully tender biscuits, for topping with butter and jam, Easter ham, pillowy eggs, or to sop up sausage gravy. Add-ins are a welcome addition, fresh herbs, sharp cheddars, orange zest, candied ginger, berries and so much more. Add a tbsp. of sugar to the mix and make a lovely shortbread for strawberries or any fruit compote, topped with gorgeous whipped cream or crème fraiche takes it to the next level.

For perfect scones, sub heavy cream for buttermilk, press into a 9” round pan, score into 8 wedges, brush with more cream and bake as directed!
