Signature To-Go Menu from Local Restaurants
Our collection of signature prepared menu selections from local restaurants include pizzas and pastas from Cookbook; entrées, soups, and lunches from Rasberry's; organic and locally grown creative specialties from Café Della; chips and salsa from La Cabañita; and local favorites and side dishes from the Bigwood Bread Café. Our baked goods include a rotating selection of European breads from Hangar Bread; gluten-free pastries and breads from Three Peas Bakery; and gourmet pies from Piedaho (which have notably been featured on Oprah’s Favorite Things list!).
The Dream Team
The Gourmet Market Food Team is comprised of Amie Marvel (Manager of the Gourmet Marketplace), Vinny Carpenter (Manger of Ketchum Kitchens) and Mark Caraluzzi (prior owner of many restaurants including the local Ciro Restaurant and Ciro Market). Together, they have over 80 years of high-quality experience in restaurants and specialty food markets. They are constantly exploring, discovering and sampling new products to get you excited about new flavors and menu inspiration to provide creative ideas to make your meal planning stress-free and delicious.
