Here at Ketchum Kitchens, we take our wine pretty seriously! Picnic season is officially upon us and we're excited to share our favorite vinos to bring to the Symphony, Ketchum Alive, evenings by the river, or anywhere you're planning on toting your picnic basket!  

 ROSÉS

We like our summers like we like our rosés — bright, refreshing, and full of flavor! Rosés are crowd pleasers — perfect for brunch on the patio or parked next to your charcuterie board at the Symphony.

Clif Family Winery, Rose of Grenache: Bright, light and refreshing, this rosé offers mouthwatering, crisp citrus flavors and lively mint, pine, and herbaceous aromas. The acidity is especially brisk and appetizing—a perfect complement to our long, hot Sun Valley days.

Belle Glos, Blanc de Noir: This complex and refreshing rosé presents berry flavors balanced by a crisp structure. Great as an apéritif or paired with a fruity dessert!

Dry Fly, canned cocktails: Ok, we know this isn't wine but we just had to sneak these delicious canned cocktails in somewhere. We're currently carrying their Huckleberry Lemonade, Spicy Lemonade, and Moscow Mules. Toss 'em in the cooler and you're ready for a good time!

Scribe, Rosé of Pinot Noir: Folks are absolutely raving about this rosé as the quintessential summer wine. Crisp strawberry and stone fruit notes provide the kind of fresh flavor you'll keep coming back for.  

 White Wines

White wines are perfect for the summer entertaining season. They pair well with seafood dishes, caviar, cheeses, and so much more. If you're looking for something in particular make sure to ask our staff who can help you find the perfect bottle!

Quintet Cellars, Matteri Vineyards Chardonnay: This white is not to be missed, it has a dry body that is full of flavor, smooth as silk, and has hints of fruit.

Dominique Cornin, Pouilly-Fuissé: You won't be disappointed when you uncork this bright and lively white! It has a fresh lemon nose, anise accents and a dramatic display of exotic fruit. We recommend pairing this with charcuterie or a delicious pasta dish.
